- Session Policies: Counseling sessions are scheduled in advance, and clients are expected to notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Supervisory Services

In addition to counseling, Vannest Counseling offers supervisory services for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) candidates and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) candidates. These services are designed to meet state licensing requirements and professional certification standards.

- Supervision Agreement: Before beginning supervision, supervisees must enter into a written supervision agreement outlining roles, expectations, and financial arrangements.

- Licensing Compliance: It is the responsibility of the supervisee to ensure that all supervision hours and activities comply with the relevant licensing board’s requirements.

5. Payment and Fees

All counseling and supervisory services are provided for a fee. The terms for payment are as follows:

- Payment Methods: Vannest Counseling accepts payment through [list accepted payment methods].

- Payment Schedule: Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. For supervisory services, fees and payment schedules will be outlined in the supervision agreement.
